I have known Mr Dangerfield for more than 15 years. During this period, GR Ball & Associates Pty Ltd have acted in our professional capacity as Consulting Architects and Structural Engineers on numerous projects for which Mr Dangerfield’s company RBMS has assumed the responsibilities for remedial works associated with waterproofing and various forms of steel corrosion and concrete cancer repair.

These projects have included conventional and uniquely prestigious residential projects as well as industrial and commercial developments. Bob Dangerfield of Remedial Building Maintenance Services has provided a number of building services for me at my home in Tuggerawong since June 2007.

The services provided by Bob ranged from detailed assessment, reporting and quotation of structural problems with the home, through to completing major work to rectify the more immediate issues identified and carrying out protective preventative maintenance work such as applying protective coatings to concrete paved surfaces and to timber decking.

Throughout my association with Bob and through the work he has completed I can state confidently that he is extremely professional in all aspects from inspection/assessment, explanation of the issues and options, providing detailed reports and quotations, completing or managing the work and above all doing a quality job with no short cuts, using quality materials and doing that bit extra that makes a difference like a thorough clean-up after each day’s work is complete and at the end of the job.
